You have been told, however, that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall.
Write a letter to the manager. In the letter:
• describe what the group does
• explain why the group is good for the community
• suggest alternative days and times for practice
Dear Mr Harris,
I hope this letter finds you well. As you are familiar with Cheki band which I am one of its members, used to practiced on Tuesday and Friday evening in community hall. Yesterday suddenly your assistance called me and she announced us we are not allowed to use there anymore. all the members are really astonished.
Let me explain you in detail, why are we need this hall .In fact this five-member group is a classic music band, as we are living in such a cottage rooms, we haven't a professional space to improve our skills .furthermore we are planning to make a fascinating album to publish our songs as soon as possible. besides, Playing classic music in this ancient hall is caused to rise number of visitors which are coming in every Tuesday and Friday.
According to your assistant suggestion, I am considering to change the days of performances if it's possible.
I am quietly obscure which days another performances are running, However, for our band there seems no problem to set sunday and Wednesday morning as our meeting days. So, would you please indicate us about your hall free times? your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Your Sincerely,
Chi Chung.
