• tell him/her why you want to take a vacation
• describe your plan
• invite him/her to go with you.

Dear Simmy,
How are you? Hope you are in radiant health and doing well in life. I really miss the time when we both were in same office, working with you was real fun, but after my transfer on promotion I was forced to move in different location.
You have notice that next month we are having holidays at starch for four days due to upcoming festival season. I really need a break from work so if we take 2 days off we can plan a wonderful trip together to any exotic location like Dubai or Singapore. I think Dubai will be better option as I has many things to enjoy and we can definitely have a adventure trip over their from desert safari to wonderful rides also the malls and location are beautiful to visit. Apart from this there are many thing for shopping also.
I have seen the ticket it will cast 40000 for the round trip and living accommodation can be booked online. We can leave from delhi on 23 of august i.e on Saturday night and can come back on 31st i.e on moday We will reach their on 24 of September i.e on Monday.
I am sure that you will love to come along with me and will avoid all the plans which you have made earlier. Hope to get the positive respond from you
Catch you up at Delhi airport

Lots of love
Mannu
