I hope you and Jane are doing good in London?
I am just writing to request your assistance with the sporting event I'm organizing in the upcoming month.
Recently, I have given the responsibility to coordinate the annual athletic event of the company, scheduled to held in the upcoming month. It's a Marathon Race with a theme 'Run for the Environment' in which only the eligible employees of the company will participate, and the winner would get the best athlete medal as well as the cash price of one lakh rupees.
The authorities instruct the manager to organize an outdoor event that demonstrates the importance of protecting the environment. Not only this generate environmental awareness, but it would be an opportunity for the company to evaluate their employee's health. Also, from employee's perspectives, this would be a recreation day that alleviates the accumulating stress in their mind and re-energizes their bodies.
Well, undoubtedly, no one could guide me better than you in this, as you have been working as a sports coach for the last ten years. Could you help me by providing suggestions for planning the event? Surprisingly, I am planning a get-together to discuss my queries at Brew Cafe, London, tomorrow evening. Do let me know if it's final form your end.
