Dear Mr Barnes,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing in reference to find new accommodation due to changes in my family situation.
As you are aware that I am living in a studio apartment in the centre of the city. The apartment does not have sufficient space to host guests moreover my parents will be moving in too so I am looking for a spacious apartment.
The apartment should be a two-bedroom located in the suburbs of the city as my parents like to stay in a peaceful locality which offers peace and tranquillity. To elucidate the locality should have all the modern amenities like supermarket, security, swimming pool, Gymnasium moreover it should also be well-connected to the city via public transport.
For the existing apartment, the tenancy agreement will expire by the end of this month so I am planning to get the paperwork done by then for the new apartment and move in by the beginning of the next month.
