Dear James,
hope you are doing fine. I heard the news from peter that you recently got a job in NewJersy and congratulations for getting this good opportunity. Unfortunately, i will not be able to meet you as my company is transferring me to california branch for work.
In the last week, there was a performance review meeting with my manager and had long discussions about my achievements. Looking into my overall tasks completed in stipulated time, I was promoted to Regional manager of the california branch office. my accommodation is fully furnished with two rooms, hall and kitchen. there is a wonderful garden in the backyard and a mini swimming pool. Moreover, the furniture is new brand and there is a state-of-art gym with modern amenities.
I believe this accommodation would be more suitable for you as it is located in the Centre of the town.
Additionally, the supermarket is nearby and also there is a bus stand which is 2 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. this will reduce your commuting time which can be invested in doing other extracurricular activities.
