Dear Mohan Sir,
I am writing this letter with regards to request you for one week leave from work from 17th Jun to 24th Jun to finish my exams of microbiology course.
I will cover these days with my weekly off days of coming months of July and August and work for the organization with microbiology team to support them in sample testing after finish my tasks daily. In addition to that, I will be glad to share my learning with other mates of microbiology department to make them aware of new standards and protocol.
After examination I will be a certified microbiologist and will be able to perform pathogen testing in lab as per the government Food and drug administration norms and this step will also help our lab to get a certification of competent lab testing facility.
I hope you will understand my desire of learning and allow me to take leaves to finish my course work.
