I am writing to ask for holidays. My name is Arfa Jabeen, the pharmacist of quality control department. I have to attend a medical convention about the contagious covid-19, in Chicago, US.
Let me explain my situation in detail. The medical authorities are concerned about the outbreak of this infection, it killed thousands of people by attacking on immune system and ultimately cause lung failure. The conference is for five days but I need 9 days off because the flights from Pakistan to Chicago are not matching up with meeting. So, I have to go 2 days before and come back 2 days after the convention.
My work is to test the final packaging of medicine and in my absence, my junior pharmacist will carry out my work. He will take the medicine from quality assurance to quality control and than handover to the marketing department.
Waiting for you consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Arfa Jabeen
