Further to our last conversation, I do formalize my needs by this letter to you. I need the next Thursday 18 off, with regards a personal support as I am about to give to my grandmother riding her to the hospital for a schedule appointment and exam.

Fortunately her schedule will be very smooth on that marked day because she will be waiting all the approvals from the board which might take 2 days at least. Summarizing Mary Ellen could replace me on the duty without any technical restrictions so far.
