I am writing this letter to request a week off from work.
Actually, my parent’s 35th wedding anniversary is in next weekend, 17th July. My siblings and I have made a decision to surprised them by holding a commemorating party. We think it’s a way to thank them for their supports. So, it is expected that I will be there on that special day. Besides, these days, I have been working overload so I need to be away from work and workplace at least for some day to get more energy for the rest of year.
The ceremony will be hold on 17th July but I have to be there to days ahead for providing preparations. Moreover, we have rented a cozy house in our parental village to gather with each other for three days. Overall, I would like to go off for a week.
Please be assured that it does not need to be worried about my work obligations. I have rearranged all of my meetings for the first week of August. In addition, I have handed over my tasks to Mr. Piterson and I told him that I will be online as often as I can and also he could call me for emergency issues. By dealing the circumstance in mind, I trust that you will kindly accept my request for taking days off.
