Dear Sir/Madam,
I Bhavesh Bhanderi, a student of the third year from commerce stream and my Roll number is 25484. I have borrowed books of management in last week of July 2018, the due date for submission of those books is 2nd week of August. I’m writing to you that due to some unavoidable consequences will not be able to deposit within time limit.
The reason being, one of my close relative who stays in Gujarat has been diagnosed with serious health issue recently. His children are working abroad no one is there to look after of him. So, I am going to visit him with my parents this week and will stay there for around 15 days. I apologise for the delay, I know these books are precious as exams are near. But, will return it once I will be back.
I’m ready to bear the fines for the delay in returning the books, once again I regret the non-submission on time.
