Dear Sir,
I am Patrick Jane from Indore, I have bought a smart television last week from your Vijay Nagar showroom. My previous television set was also purchased from your showroom in 2011, so i am a regular customer of your company.I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards your customer service staff.
When i reached at my home and unboxed the TV set i found that the screen of the television was slightly damaged and when i turned on the TV it was not working properly.
I have tried out each and every option to start that but no option were useful. I have read manual but that was unhelpful. I have tried to reach to the customer service also but they were not responded properly and not even sent technical support staff for resolution of my problem.
I am an existing customer of your company and i think i should get the proper attention from your staff. I would request you to address this issue on priority and help to send a technical staff immediately. I would also want to take a serious action against your customer service staff who were not responded properly. If you will treat an existing customer in such a way, you will loose your branch image.
I would suggest you should hire a professionally trained staff. A quick response to this letter will be highly appericiated.
