You go to a gym to carry out exercise everyday. One day , you have forgotten your bag in the gym and the gym management has announced that they wold keep the gym closed for a week for some renovation work. You need your bag as it has some important things in it.

Dear Sir ,
I am Kamalpreet Kaur. I am gold member in your gym and my membership no is A01234. I generally go to the main branch of your gym and preferably workout in the morning batch 6 AM to 7.30 AM. However I was running late today for an important meeting and in the hustle, I forgot my bag in the locker B29.
My bag is black wild-craft bag. It has my essential official documents, my driving licence and one external hard-disk. I have scheduled meeting out of station for which I am leaving day after tomorrow. I would need my bag as it has all the substantial document for my meeting. I called the receptionist and got to know that gym will remain close for a week. I request please allow me to enter the gym premises to take my bag and if that is not possible then I have given description of my bag to the receptionist. She can take my bag from locker and hand it over to me outside the building.
Let me know, which option is feasible as I am looking forward for a positve response.
