I am writing this letter to complaint about delayed departure of Mumbai Express from our city railway station on Last Sunday (19/1/2019) because of some personal dispute between train staff and station management officers. This matter results in a serious delay of 6 hours from the scheduled departure time.
As a result, I missed the second round of my interview. I not only lost a significant opportunity but also now I cannot apply in the same company for next one year, which will impact my career growth tremendously. I am really disappointed with our city station management and I want some strict action to be taken against the involved employees. I am also sending a copy of this letter to local newspaper.
I hope you will personally look into this issue and take some stringent disciplinary action in this matter.

I am writing this letter to complain about the late departure of the Awami express from our city station last Sunday 5/12/2019 due to some personal dispute between train staff and station management officer. This resulted in a serious delay of 4 hours from scheduled departure time.
Actually, I was traveling from Mumbai to Chennai regarding my dream job interview in a multinational company. I was supposed to reach there by 11 am but to this mishappen, I not only missed my second round of interview but also a significant job opportunity. Moreover, I am ineligible to apply to the same company for a job for one year. This accident has left a negative impression on my overall career growth.
I am very disappointed with the city station management service and I would like that central train authority should take a serious action regarding this matter so that in future no one can suffer from such a loss.
I hope you would personally look in this issue and will take some prompt action to assure the scheduled departure and arrival of trains.
