Essay topics:

You have an appointment with your manager the next day. Write a letter telling him/her what you are going to discuss in the meeting.

In your letter, you should tell:
- what you have done for the company in the year you worked there?
- what changes you would like to recommend?
- what training you require?

Dear Steve,

I would like to tell you that I am working as an assistant manager finance in this organization for last 5 years and I am handling the accounts of the entire office which includes income tax returns, annual filing, book keeping and banking.

I am writing this letter to inform you about the agenda of tomorrow's meeting and the points that I want to discuss.

I want to draw your attention towards a few changes in my department which are necessary to improve our day to day accounting. In order to maintain full fledged books, we need a better software as Tally prime is not suitable for large organizations like us. Apart from this, I would suggest some new recruitments in my team to strengthen our database management.

Despite inclusion of an upgraded accounting software, advance excel training is required for finance department including myself. It will not only enhance the analytical skills of employees, but also be beneficial for preparation and maintenance of expense tracker. Looking forward for a fruitful meeting tomorrow.

Thanks and regards
Roger
