Dear Sam,
I am writing this letter to regretfully inform you that I would not be able to countinue with teaching middle school students at your school. I currently teach Korean language for students. They want to enroll Korea college. Going forward, I would not be able to do so.
The reason for this is, I will move to Seoul in Korea. My parents stay there and late they are not keeping well due to old age. Hence I have decided to move closer to take good care of them. As a result I would not be able to continue with my voluntary work.
Finally, I would like to recommend one of my colleagues for the teaching activity. Mr. Tam is well known to me and is actively involved in many charitable activities. He has expressed interest to volunteer and I believe he will be an excellent addition to your team.
I cannot thank enough for all the opportunities provided and sincerely looking forward to working with your esteemed organisation in future.
