I am very grateful that you have invited me for the interview. I am writing this letter to in concern of your invitation of interview to finalize my admission for M. Ba course in your college.
I am working in a financial organisation and I have to manage all the financial issues of the company. I had no other plan but all of sudden, I have to attend a meeting in my company with foreign delegates. my presence is must so I am not able to attend the interview on fixed schedule.
I apologies for the inconvenience caused you. I know, I have to meet you at 10am on Monday. Can I come after 12pm because my meeting would be over on 12pm.if you are busy today than we man have this meeting some other day.
I would be a great help if you give me some general information about interview. How long interview will be held? is there any tests after the interview? am I the only person for interview or there would be other students as well?
