I am writing to convey my apologies for not able to attend the interview as per the previous appointment.
I have applied for the course engineering and management in your college.It was my immense pleasure to inform you that I have been selected for an interview on 14th July.I feel really proud to be a part of such a well reputed institution.However , I need to provide an important report to the client of my current construction job.The date I have been given for the interview coincides with the report submission date.So unfortunately, I am not in the situation to attend the interview session on the above mentioned date.
My sincere apology on this regard,and I request you to provide me another suitable date of your convenience.
I would like you clarify me that there would be any diagnostic tests for me at that time so that I can make proper preparation.
Once again I am regretting for any inconvenience caused by me.
