I am writing to express my dissatisfaction for a laptop that i bought from your company.I purchased it a week ago on Saturday in 13th of July. After two days, it has not worked perfect, I found major problems.The eject button of Cd player does not work.It has problem with its graphic card,I can not see any image. moreover,I can not use autocad application that needs graphic card.Sometimes the laptops screen suddenly getting dark and none of the keyboard does work.
Therefore I want to fix it as soon as possible.I called to your company two days ago and they promised me to repair it for about 48 hours.Unfortunately, after two days, no one has contacted me yet.I will wait just for a day.If my problem does not solve, I will complain to customer service association management.
