I am writing to express my dissatisfaction for a laptop that I bought from your company. I purchased it a week ago on Saturday in 13th of July. After two days, it has not worked perfect, I found major problems.The eject button of Cd player does not work. It has problem with its graphic card, I can not see any image. moreover, I can not use autocad application that needs graphic card. Sometimes the laptops screen suddenly getting dark and none of the keyboard does work.
Therefore, I want to fix it as soon as possible. I called to your company two days ago and they promised me to repair it for about 48 hours. Unfortunately, after two days, no one has contacted me yet. I will wait just for a day. If my problem does not solve, I will complain to customer service association management.
