Hi James,

How are doing? Hope this email finds you good. It’s been a long time since we last were in touch but, I haven’t forgotten all the wonderful times we spent together last year. I am writing this letter to know more details about the noodles recipe which you cooked when we met at your place.

We want to throw a party for all my friends and relatives next week on the occasion of my elder son's birthday. We thought of planning a UN day theme so, we need to prepare at least 5 countries' food to represent this theme. The guest will dress up to represent any of these countries and join the party.

I need your help to share the shrimp noodles recipe last time you cooked, it was so yummy and I think it’s one of the famous food from Japan. Let me know more details about the ingredients required and the method of cooking as well. I hope the attendees will like this food as I feel it was so tasty thus, it can represent one country food in the party theme.

Why don’t you pop up at my place at this party, try to join we will have fun as I invited our college friends. Take care, waiting for your reply. Convey my wishes to aunty and uncle.

Best wishes,
Lima
