Essay topics:

You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course.
You now find that you cannot continue the course.

Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter
describe the situation
explain why you cannot continue at this time
say what action you would like to take

Dear Mr. Kapoor,
I am writing to inform you that I would not be able to the continue part-time Management classes which are conducted in the evening. The reason to discontinue is my inability to focus on my course due to my full-time job as a Marketing head at the H&M clothing store.
In the beginning, when I had enrolled in this course, my job at this store was part-time. The head of the store truly appreciated my efforts and gave me a preferment as a Marketing Head. Hence, this means I have to work full time.
Since, I was happy to have this opportunity, I tried managing my classes along with my full-time job. But later on, I found it difficult as it affected my health and my assignment submissions.
Although I have paid my full fees for this term, I would like to defer my course for the next term. By continuing this course in the next term, it would give me the time to understand how to balance my job with my course. If there is an alternate option, I would like a suggestion from you.
Looking forward to your corporation.

Yours sincerely,
Krimika
