Dear Annie
I’m just writing to to let you know that you are invited to my new house warming party next Friday.
I recently moved to North Shore apartment in Sunny Valley. My old apartment landlord decided to sell it so I wasn’t able to live there any more. He gave me three weeks notice to move out and I started to look for a new place straight away. It was really hard to find a new place but finally I found something which is suitable for me.
It’s a new apartment building in a really nice area. It have a two floors, first floor have master bedroom and upstairs it’s a large lounge with kitchen. House complex also have it’s own gym and a swimming pool.
You can find this building easily as it’s only apartment block in the area. I live in a fifth floor and my apartment in on the left side. You can park on street or catch a bus as a bus stop is just 5 minutes away.
