Dear Mr. Efron,
I am Harbani, your next door neighbour who just moved in a week ago. I moved to the building because it is closer to my workplace and would save my time travel as well as travel costs. I work with L'oreal which is three blocks away, in the Interface Towers. I really liked the lively neighnourhood as well, hence I chose this building.
This is the first time I am renting an apartment all by myself and it sure is a good reason to celebrate! Therefore, I am hosting a house warming party on this Saturday evening. I have invited my close friends and family only, who would be about seven of us. I am preparing dinner with wine and some fun music and obviously a dance session. This is what I have planned so far and I am really excited for it.
Since I am new in the building and also, you stay a hop, skip and jump away, I would really like for you to join us! It would be a grat ice breaker and so much fun! The party starts around 8pm. I am really looking forward to seeing you!
