Dear Mr John,

I am your new neighbour David who just moved to house next door your's recently. I am glad to stay in such beautiful vicinity.

Anyway, I am a tax consultant in a local firm and just relocated few days ago because of new job opportunity in the city. Previously, I was working for a finance company and rented a house in city center which bustled with traffic and pollution. However, to escape from all that, I considered this new career so that I can enjoy quaint atmosphere of this suburb. Nevertheless, I am writing this letter not just to introduce myself but also describe about my party plans for joining this new house and invite you and your family to join us.Although I am bit concerned about probable sound my party might cause for which I seek your pardon.

It's custom in my family, to host house warming ceremony and feast whenever we move to new house. Celebrations start with feast and drinks. Further, we are trying to have karoke music which will be fun for both adults and kids. Albeit, I assure the sound will not disturb you as it will be held as quiet as possible. Any suggestions from you to make the event merrier are whole heartedly welcome.

Ofcourse, the whole ceremony is incomplete without your presence and therefore please accept this letter as my invitation to the party. We are thinking to begin welcoming guests from 6PM but you can visit us anytime you want. Once again, I request your help and patience for making this entire event successful.

Thank you in advance for all your co-operation and look forward to meet you in the party.

Yours sincerely,

David.
