Dear Mr. Johnson,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent trip to Spain. I returned from the trip yesterday. I booked this trip from your travel agency with the assumption that the service would be excellent but I was wrong.
First of all, the accommodation provided was pathetic. Bedrooms had bedbugs which caused a lot of rashes on my body. The hotel management was irresponsible as they did not pay attention / pay heed to my complaints during my stay. They did not even change my room when I requested and even threatened that they would cancel my reservation.
I tried to reach the customer service of your travel agency over the telephone but no one picked my phone. I had even sent an email to your team. But nothing really worked. As I had paid for the services and I did not want to cut short the trip I had to put up with whatever services I received.
It would be great if you can look into my complaint, and refund 50% of the amount I paid for the accommodation. Let me know if you need any other details to review this matter.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible!
Yours faithfully,
John
