The hotel is located in a very old and beautiful building near the center of the city. However, internal conditions of the building was very bad. My family and I lived in a damp room without heating. We had to sleep in our clothes so as not to catch a cold.
In my opinion, your agency should return the money I paid for this hotel and stop collaborate with them.
I would appreciate it if you would treat this as a matter of urgency, because other vacationers could suffer from poor service. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
