Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the item which I lost during my journey from New Delhi to Bhopal. I was travelling on Jan 24, 2019, in Shatabdi express, Coach number A1 on seat number 54. To elucidate, I lost my laptop bag on the train and the brand name is "American express" embossed on the front. It has three compartments. In one of the compartments, I had kept my 15-inch laptop. my passport, ID cards, some official documents and mobile charger is in the bag.
I am a frequent traveller but this is the first time anything like this had happened. Since it is a long journey and makes me exhausted, so I kept it in the over head space. Later, in the morning I forgot to take it and realised when I reached home.
I have already lodged a complaint about it in the railways and would like you to take this matter at utmost priority. If possible, you can send the bag to my address which I have shared with your department or please buzz me at the 9818654756.
