I am writing this letter in regards to a recent journey that I made with a vehicle in your agency on March 31, more specifically, from Melat Park to England embassy in Pasture Street. Unfortunately, when I was getting down the cab, I left them behind in the back seat of the car.
To address, my lost papers, they have been included in a black file labeled with my name Elham Mousavi. In fact, my invitation letter with some official documents towards participating in a conference in England were in this file. To tell you the truth, without the letter, I would not be able to get permission to travel overseas.
I was wondering if you could send me the driver’s phone number to contact him for this matter. In case, it conflicts with your confidentiality regulations, it would be appreciable if this matter would be pursued from your side.
