I am writing about a problem in my apartment that needs some repairs. The kitchen sink has been leaking for some time now, and I believe the drain pipe should be replaced. I think you should take a look at it.
The leak in the kitchen sink is causing a serious problem. Because the area under the sink has become very damp, the wood is beginning to rot. Unfortunately, it appears that the cause of the dampness is a hole in the drain pipe.
In my opinion, the drain pipe should be replaced as soon as possible. Otherwise, the problem will only get worse. If we ignore it, the entire cabinet will have to be replaced eventually.
I suggest that you come to my apartment and take a look at the leaky sink with me. I can show you the damaged area, and we can discuss the best action to take.
