You have received a letter from your bank, asking you to acknowledge receipt of a new bank card. However, the card was missing from the envelope.
Write a letter to the bank's head office. In your letter:
explain why you are writing
express concern about the missing card
ask them what they intend to do
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in a great health. I am writing to express my disappointment for the service of your bank.
I am a new account holder of your bank and I created new account as I have heard of good reviews about the bank's service. I receievd a letter stating an enclosed new debit card, but I did not find the card, when I opened the envolope.
I am worried for the missing card .It might have gone in the wrong hands making me vulnerable. If it is not the case, I am already anxious about the service as this is my first impression of your bank.
However, I request you to first investigate the issue and make up to the loss done or else, I will close my bank account and withdraw my funds and go to the other bank.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours faithfully,
Hema
