Greetings of the day. I am Bhumika suryavanshi, one of the travellers of your flight no AI52G dated 15th September 2016. I am writing this letter to bring your immediate attention towards the problem faced by me during boarding procedure at the airport.
It so happened that I couldn't get time to take a hardcopy of my flight bookings due to a lake of time in catching the flight on time. However, I was carrying E-copy of my bookings on my phone which I had shown to the counter to avail my boarding pass. Under my surprise, the ground staff has refused to consider the E-copy which has came to me as a shock. Though after a continuous request, the lady took permission from her senior and issued me the boarding pass after validating my E-copy. I was so annoying that I couldn't lapse that incident from my mind and I have been inspired to address this issue to the airport management.
This entire incident took a time of ten minutes which could cost me lost of flight and so the loss of business for what I am travelling. I would like to request you to implement the scanning system of e-verification on Ahmedabad airport which is almost in practice at all other airports. This could not only save time but also save paper which is used to take print of ticket bookings.
I hope my suggestion would help the management to advance the procedures at airport for the convinience of people.
