Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to my case. I bought a recorder three days ago on 3rd of April. When I opened and tried it on, I was surprised to find that the sound is not working properly even, the Volume and Tune buttons were not twisting in ease. I could not figure out what is exactly the issue. Although it is a quiet expensive piece, the quality is very poor.
I called your shop this morning, trying to reach the person in charge who was unsupportable and insist on no refunding nor exchanging for the recorder and only repairing. I wanted a replace as it seems a manufacturer error, not my fault at all.
I demand a refund or a new piece. The new recorder has to be from another brand, as I do not trust this one anymore.
I am dissatisfied with your after sale service.
