2) describe your new house
3) Invite your friend to come and visit

Dear Francis,

I anticipate you’re doing very well. I’m writing this because I’ve finally found a house which I was looking for. Earlier, I told you about my living condition you know it was difficult for me to live in a small house. My both children are growing up, and living in a two bedrooms apartment was not easily. So I decided to search for a new house.

My new house is quite bigger in size and it has a swimming pool as well; my children love swimming pool. It has four bedrooms and a luxurious kitchen. Moreover, it’s got three washrooms and an awesome TV lounge. How could I forget about a garden and separate car parking area; the garden is full of disparate kind of plants. In my old apartment, I was concerned for parking space; usually I parked my car outside of the apartment. You already know that my previous car was stolen outside of the apartment, but now I can park a car inside my home.

Anyway, why don’t you come and visit my new house? I’m sure you’re going to love it. New address and telephone number are mentioned below, give me a call anytime and do let me know when you’re coming.

Hope to see you soon, give my sincere regards to uncle and aunt.

Lots of love,

EK
