Dear David Jonhson,
How’re things with you? Hope that you’re doing well. It’s been a long time since we kept in touch. I had been struggling with my ex houses conditions. For example, it was little bit old-fashioned which leads the wall to have moisture, as well as the heating system was not working as properly as it was supposed to.
The new house has an impressive look from outside and I moved to the second floor of it. The most fascinating about the house its vast hall that I can invite my friends to watch a film together. Central-heated system which means I will pay less than I used to in my previous house is the second thing that appealed to me. There are two balconies overseeing the sea which I can enjoy with the cup of tea and enjoying the landscape.
Your visit will obviously make me happy if you can. We can enjoy the house together and do not worry about housework, I will do them all. I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards
Erman DURAN
