Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the LV handbag, which I have recently purchased from your online shop.
Firstly, I would like to mention the appearance of the handbag and its issues. It is a blue one, covered by artificial diamonds. Its deluxe countenance is to my liking; therefore, I made up my mind to purchase it.
However, when I receive the handbag, its quality doesn’t live up to my expectations. As I have mentioned above, I ordered a blue one; on the contrary, when it is delivered to my personal house, it is red, which puts my back up. Moreover, to my surprise, that there is little dust in the handbag very much puts me down.
Secondly, with regard to the solutions, I feel that first an apology should be offered. Additionally, I would be grateful if you could arrange for me to receive the blue handbag which I have ordered before. I hope that I will not be forced to take further action.
