Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to nominate
my city Chandigarh for Best city /Town Award. I have been living in this city since birth and
admired its beauty every day. Moreover, it is capital of Punjab and Haryana state and one of union terrorities of India located in northern part of the country .
This city is well-known for its organized structure, where residential and industrial area
are completely separated. Along with this, green environment of this city attracted most of the residents to live here permanently. In Addition, there are number of tourist attraction such as Sukhna lake, National Heritage Museum, Rock garden, Rose garden, Elante Mall etc. These all features of Chandigarh make this city more exceptional and unique.
I would be really honoured, if you could consider
my home city deserving for this awaid. If, this place receives the award, it will bring economy, industrialization, educational and
health care facilites.
I am hoping to hear a pošitive response from you.
Yours faithfully,
Raman
