Dear John,
I hope you would be doing great in all respects. I am writing this letter to notify you in advance that I have planned some renovation works at my home for next couple of weeks, which might impact your restaurant and business to some extent during this duration.
I am Harry and living next door to your restaurant. As you are well aware of the heavy rainfall which happened last year and the damage it has done to the front side of my home. I got an opportunity and required bandwidth from my work schedule now to get things fixed and renovate to the appropriate level. My plan is to remove the complete front wall along with the outside gates, push the lawn to a little outwards and replace the wall with electric gates. As all the building raw materials along with bricks, mortar and gate have to be placed outside the house i.e. on road, which will definitively increase the congestion on the road. This will impact not only the vehicles but passing by people too. Not to mention it will also occupy your 1-2 parking space and i really apologies for the inconvenience.
Having said above there could be a solution if you allow me to place all the raw material at your backyard instead of keeping them on the road, as that space is fairly occupied and my home has easy access to the same too. This way we will keep your customers happy and delighted as earlier.
