Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter in response of your advertisement published on 12th march in the city's local newspaper regarding requirment of rooms for students. I would appreciate if you could arrange a tenant for my extra room.
I have a large apartment in the South Wales, which is near to your university as well. my flat is situated at third floor and having enough space to live in .it has 200 squres metres area in which three bedrooms with ensuite facilities got constructed with a beautiful view of sea too. In addition, there are state of art furniture and other appliances : a dishwasher, and an electric cooker . I am a retired army officer and my family not residing with me due to some family dispute thus i thought to rent it out for someone .
All basic amenities are available in my flat therefore i fixed $200 for a week and $500 in advance before signing a rent deed , which is requisite as per the policy of university.The tenant must be mature and sensible.As i have asthama problem i would prefer a non-smoker for my room and a studious and dedicated to study student is my first choice of selection. Furthermore, i would appreciate if you could provide this type of prospective tenant for my room.
