You live in a room in college which you share with another student. however, there are many problems with this agreement and you find it very difficult to study. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. I your letter:1) describe the sit

Dear Mr. Jason,

I am writing to inform you of the uncomfortable situation of my apartment.
Currently, I reside at the Queen's apartment, block D, room 412. I am a third year student studying Mathematics. My roommate is a final year student in Mass communication department.

She plays loud music at all times. Even when I am studying, the volume of the music is never reduced.
Also, she holds a party every weekend not minding my presence. These actions have made life unbearable for me.
At other times, my roommate invites friends over for the weekend. Recently, she cultivated the habit of leaving the room untidy. Although, I had come up with a cleaning roaster but she has never followed through. The room is always untidy. I spend considerable amount of time to keep the apartment in order. The time I spend can easily be used for other activities such as studying. Finally, she takes my belongings without permission. Last week, I borrowed a book from the library, she took the book off my bookshelf and gave it to a friend. I asked her and she admitted giving it to her friend. The return date for the book is past and I had to pay penalty.

I was hoping you could arrange an alternative accommodation for me next semester. As my final year is approaching, I would be needing a sane and comfortable environment to study. Presently, I am a first class student and intend to keep my academic records outstanding.

I would appreciate if my request can be granted. I look forward to a favourable response from you.

Yours faithfully,
Abosede Dada.
