I am Phuc Nguyen who have been living in dormitory at 123 room for almost one year now.Recently the first year student Laura arrived there last month and stay with me. We are happy here and would like to thank you for all the help you have give us. However, I feel something should be done about light bulb in our room.
Yesterday, when I came back room after class, the light in our room is not working. I tried many times effort but it was not light. It is hard to learn and living in the dark. I could not find anything in my room. And I was given task design pano for event which take place in college next week, it is difficult to do without have light.
I would highly appreciate if you could replace the new light bulb for our room as soon as possible.
