Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have been encountering some issues while studying because of my roommate. I am Kirti Likhi, second year post graduation student of Cost Management and Planning in your institution. I am residing at Universal house of campus since last year. My room number 36 B.
Let me explain my situation. The trouble started last month when my housemate changed. My old roommate was very considerate and not only he never disturbed me in my studies but he also assist me numerous times in my academics. My new one, however, is a complete opposite of him. He sleeps late at night and play music almost throughout the night at insanely high voice. Due to which I am unable to sleep properly, and hence cannot concentrate on studies. Although,I have requested him almost every night but he never entertain my request.
Would you please change my room or roommate? I am fine with any type of accommodation or I will not mind with whom I will be living until I am not getting disturbed in my studies.
