Essay topics:

You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing!
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service.
Say when and how you ordered the cheque book.
Ask how much longer you will have to wait
ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter for not getting my cheque book which I had ordered two weeks ago. Let me explain in detail.

To elucidate I hold a premium savings account with your bank for nearly a decade and last week I visited your central park branch to order a cheque book. this request for cheque book was placed through the online ticketing kiosk which advised that I would receive the same within three working days.

I would like to inform you that it has been nearly two weeks and I am yet to receive my cheque book despite my regular follow up with your banking team. I would like to know when I can receive my cheque book.

Finally, I would like to highlight that I am disappointed with the support I got from your banking team to resolve this issue. Hence I would request you to look into this matter and provide a response in detail of the action which you will take to resolve this matter.

I look forward to your immediate response on the same.

Yours sincerely

Ben
