Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a regular customer of your Amazon online shopping website writing to bring to your attention about the wrong product I received yesterday from your website's people.
Let me describe things in detail. Last week, I ordered a mobile phone belonging to the Apple company in your website which costs about 35,000 rupees. In addition to this, I added a tempered glass and an acrylic metal case for the i phone and paid the entire amount online for the things I have purchased.
Although I ordered a cellular phone manufactured by Apple, unfortunately, it is the Samsung Galaxy S7 that I received. Being taken aback, I tried to reach your customer care executives. But to my bad luck, I was unable to reach them.
Would you please initiate a return pick up and provide the correct product. I would also request you to instruct your sellers to examine if the correct products are dispatched to the customers. If the seller had paid attention, this issue could have been eradicated. I hope you would take my problem into account and solve things without procrastination.
