I am writing this letter to thank you for the time and support I received during my grandmother's birthday celebrations at your hotel.
Let me start off by telling you how great the catering service was. Since it was my grandmother's 90th birthday, I wanted it to be a very special and a memorable one in her life. Although she is a bit angry at me for throwing a lavish party, she was very happy and extremely satisfied after looking at all the arrangements made in the party. All guests enjoyed the beautiful cake made by your chef and were quite satisfied with the food.
Secondly, the decoration ideas provided by your event managers were not only remarkable but also attracted every guest in the party. I can't tell you the amount of satisfaction your hotel gave to me and my family.
I thank you once again for your coöperation and hope to celebrate many more occasion in your hotel in the near future.
