Dear Mr. Malhotra,
I, Divyasree, am writing this letter to thank you from the bottom of my heart as we had an extraordinary birthday party held at Hotel Taj, Hyderabad on 18th September 2019.
In detail, I organized a wonderful evening party for my grandmother’s 90th birthday, on the 18th. You suggested the plan of welcoming her to the reception area with colourful roses and orchids, which was an extremely brilliant idea. Over 180 guests attended this party; who were my relatives and family friends.
Indeed, it was a great event because of the flowers and balloons decoration inside the banquet hall and, a plethora of food cuisines which were remarkable that night. Moreover, as there were almost half of the elderly people’s attendance, you maintained the quality of the food as per their requirements, neither too spicy nor too bland. This made me feel ecstatic as every one of them enjoyed the meals.
I could not miss thanking Ms. Naurin, who was the head waitress, who, not only looked after the senior people's needs in serving the food but also helped the younger ones for which our family members were satisfied.
All-in-all, I and my guests enjoyed a lot at your hotel. I hope our relationship continues further.
Yours sincerely,
Divyasree Reddy
