Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to appreciate your efforts in making my aunt’s birthday party a success.
The birthday was celebrated on 25th December, Friday, at your Grand view hotel. Although I booked the reservation quite late, your staff did not was not disappoint me with any last-minute requests.
The party was organized at the garden near the Roman fountains. The arrangements were immaculate, and every detail was taken care with precision. The minimalist decor of lavender and roses with the warmth of bonfire provided additional comfort. There were around 100 guests, and all of them appreciated the variety and taste of the food served. The collective idea of your staff members to greet guests with welcome drinks is a hit; I am sure from now on, people will follow this gesture at their celebrations.
I would especially like to mention Mr Tom, one of your servers, who went the extra mile to make this party memorable. He served everyone with a smile and fulfilled all the needs from hot water to wheelchair assistance. If it were not his extra efforts, then this celebration would not have been a success.
