Dear Luis, I hear about your car accident a few day ago and I would like to know how you feel. I’m sorry because I didn’t write you earlier, but I was busy with the university finals.
As you are aware, we played our weekly basketball match last Saturday against our Neighbors’ team in the city league, and I would like to tell you about the game. And take a little boredom out of the hospital!
The match was exciting and no one was able to predict the result till the end of the game. Unfortunately we lost in the last second due to a lucky long shot from our rivals. We were astonished when we saw the ball pass by the hoop!
The weather was a bit cloudy, and time to time it was raining. I think that maybe because of it, we played so good. It wasn’t so hot, and we felt full of positive energy.
I hope you recover soon, since I feel a bit lost in the field without your support. We were close to beat them and next time we’ll do it.
