You recently attended a conference and you would like to give a presentation about the information you gained by attending the conference.
Write a letter to your manager asking for permission to give a presentation. In your letter:
describe what type of presentation you have in mind
what topics it would cover and how long it would take
who should participate in the presentation and where should it be conducted
Dear Mr Jackson,
In this letter, I would like to ask you for an approval for the organization of a presentation on October 17. It will demonstrate the information that I learned at the information technology conference in Moscow city held on September 30.
For the presentation, I intend to organize my ideas in the form of pie chart. It seems the best method of conveying large figures to the audience. Furthermore, the presentation will include many pictures as well as video material. At conference I shot plenty of both photos and video clips, so it would be useful for the listeners to see them. It will allow them to understand how efficiently the workflow is arranged in large corporations.
The presentation will be mostly aiming at project managers, because they will discover how quickly to integrate the latest technologies by Microsoft and Oracle companies. Besides management, senior developers can also attend it, since they will be able to take notes and then prioritize the future integration into their teams. As for the place, the main hall appears to be the most suitable venue, as it is spacious and well-lit. The only things that I need are loudspeakers and an interactive whiteboard.
If you have some questions relating to its structure, you can send me a message to my email “tolikfdfxxx@mail.ru” or call me on the following number 87001444413.
Yours sincerely,
Tolegen
