Let me introduce myself. I, Sharmistha Naskar, am an existing employee of XYZ Solutions. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding lost paper in your hotel conference room. Day before yesterday, I was in a corporate meeting happened in your hotel.
As I was getting late for another pre-scheduled work, mistakenly I forgot to take few essential documents from that meeting room. As per as I can remember, I left those official papers on the VIP table, which containing USA client project paper consisting of invoice, project plan, material details, man power management information, signed on that day itself. However, it is one of the most crucial deal for our company in order to increase our band value.
