You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter,
say where you think you left the papers
explain why they are so important
tell the manager what you want him/her to do
Dear Manager,
My name is Shreyas Parab, I have just returned home after having a meeting and delicious lunch in your hotel on 2nd October 2020. On arrival I found that, the file of my project documents I am working on in Nashik is missing. As per my last memory, I might have left on the same table where we were sitting; exactly next to to the window close to the entrance door.
The file is of my cleint in Nashik, and the documents inside are original copy of project site including the original permission letter from the client and governing body for working ahead on the development site. Without those documents, we will not be able to start the construction of the building and get the job done as per schedule. And to get those approval again will take more than one month, which could eventually result in delay as per projected deadline.
I request you to ask the afternoon shift hotel staff, if they have found any document file on the table. If found contact me as soon as possible on +91987654321, so that I can arrange for the pickup of the bunch of important papers.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Shreyas Parab
